Applesauce

Rox, Chris and I worked for over 4 hours turning 5 bushels of apples into 60 cups of applesauce, 4 pies and 9 cups of cut up apples to freeze for future pies.  We all needed tylenol before we were done!  Had a great time, though!

Jon worked, Shannon and Jessie hung out and Bill worked in his workshop for a couple hours then vegged on the couch for the rest of the day.  He was very fatigued this evening.
