Rest

Today was my rest day.  After going to bed earlier than normal, I was able to even sleep in today since Jon had to work.  Jess and I went to Dimitri's for breakfast, we came home and after taking some medication for pain, I iced my left knee, heated my back and right side and slept for almost 3 hours.  I feel much better now.  Jess occupied herself here and there.  She tends to enjoy her time alone, that's for sure.  At one point she told me to go get a book and read on the deck, so she could be alone in the family room.  I think not!  I stayed put, she went to her room.
