Jon picked potatoes several weeks ago and left them to dry on a rack in the shed. He brought them in today and cleaned the dirt off of them then separated the potatoes for canning or storage. There really isn't anything like a fresh potato from the garden!
Jon picked fresh carrots for our dinner tonight. Yellow and orange. We were surprised when I cleaned one and found it to be a combination of both !!!
Jon - you have done a wonderful job with your garden. WE have not had rain so we had to pick and choose what we were willing to water as rates are very high in Kenly. We finally decided on the yellow squash and tomatoes
