The first half of today was a nice, sunshiny day. Very cold and crisp. Bill and I were out for a couple hours this morning. He had to have blood work for a doctor's appointment on Friday and get some paint for his model. It was nice being out with Bill and he felt well, too!
Then all of a sudden I noticed that the blue sky was hidden by grey clouds. There was a noticable change in the air - my joints, too! Since then it's been down hill for me. My joints hurt so much that there MUST be something on its way. I can barely walk, and I don't think I over did it. Could have, but don't think so. Time will tell.
