Jessie helped me do 2 loads of wash, folded towels, unloaded the dishwasher then helped me do my exercises, so to speak. Jon harvested more vegetables, prepared, blanched and froze green beans. Froze small tomatoes whole and froze them. My friend, Mary K. came to visit for the afternoon. Did I mention Caroline came the other day, too? It's been nice having company.
I'm on my way upstairs - early. I haven't had a chance to get in my 3 ices today so I'm going to do a longer second one. And exercise my arm, too. So far, so good.
