Monday ... Debbie took Jessie to her house for a bit Monday morning. Jessie loves to hold dogs, and Debbie's dogs love Jessie. The one on the left is Dale and Abbey is on the right. I went out to dinner with the "Glory Girls" to PF Chang's to celebrate Lynn's birthday. We had a really nice time. We must have since we were in the restaurant for 3 hours !!!!
TUESDAY ... Jessie's case worker, Kelly, was here at 9:15 for our monthly meeting. Doreen and Chris were here at 10:00 for our accountablity time. Jon began dehydrating egg plant. I had a Food Saver container and put them in there. They should last for over a year or more. Next I want to dehydrate all the celery that he's grown out there. Then zucchini chips. We also canned another 10 pints of green and purple beans this afternoon. It's very tiring work, but alot of fun.
